Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia web hosting Control Panel is a standard accessory only in combination with the Debian Linux OS and is supplied at no cost. With Hepsia you can host unmetered Top Level Domains in a single hosting user account. This is feasible owing to Hepsia's powerful Domain Manager menu. The other hosting Control Panel interfaces, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are obtainable solely in combination with CentOS. In contrast with Hepsia, with them you must use 2 different user account logins. This is so, because cPanel and DirectAdmin do not supply any domain name registration/transfer/management functionalities. If you opt for Ubuntu as an Operating System for your dedicated hosting web server, there will be no Control Panel choice.
Hosted Hostnames 2 - unlimited domains can be hosted with all available Control Panel tools, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/administer your site names under one single web hosting user account. Regrettably, the cPanel/DirectAdmin CP interfaces do not present such function at all - there is no Domain Manager section and therefore they necessitate 2 autonomous web hosting account logins: one domain name administration/billing/support user account and one website administration account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin CP).
Operating System 3 - you will note that the Hepsia web hosting Control Panel can run on Debian Linux only. It's free of cost to install it on your dedicated web hosting server. Hepsia is not offered with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin hosting CP devices can work solely with the CentOS OS. Neither of them is available with Debian or Ubuntu.
